Why do international IPs looking for IVF& surrogacy in USA?

As liasion and case management agency, me and my team once conducted a comprehensive research about IVF treatment and choice of surrogacy among different countries. By recording the time devoted, money spent, we drew the conclustion that the average cost of IVF treatment and surrogacy are the highest in USA comparing to any other countries. But still, many international intended parents are looking for IVF treamtent and surrogacy in USA. Our team had the opportunity to communicate with more than dozens of Chinese International Parents and to understand deeper why they made such choice. 1) They come to USA for the most advanced IVF technologies. USA has the most advanced IVF technologies to solve infertile problems and to nurture embryos. With the best embryo culturing technologies and 3rd generation PGS, intended parents are able to create healthy embryos and to further transfer into surrogate mothers, while in other countries, no embryos can be cultured at all with limited IVF technologies.It's normal that we see infertlile couples with 2-3 failed IVF treatments in other countires and come to USA to have a try with the best technologies. 2) They prefer to create the safest enviroment to both baby and the surrogate mothers. While surrogacy are legal in many other countries, but levels of protection and the access to quality medical service for both the baby and the surrogate mothers are completely different among countries. Some intended parents choose to work with USA surrogate mother to ensure both the baby and surrogate mother are well protected by good hospitals and covered by medical insurance, with the background that USA provide with quality medical service and health insurance. 3) The best choice for LGBT couples. Though the world has been evolving and we tend to have more openess than before as global citizens, not every society is welcoming different voice and preferences. USA has providing the most understanding environement for LGBT groups to create their families. Regardless of their individual reasons looking for surroage mothers, with years of expriences interacting with the internaional intended parents, I view most of them are nice, responsible people to work with.
