When I turned 16 years old, I found out that I was pregnant. My boyfriend was 18, and leaving for the Air Force soon.I decided to keep my son, and raise him with my ex.He proposed to me, and once he was Active Duty, we got married.I moved *** miles away to live on an Air Force base at the age of 17 years old with a 3 month old baby boy.I was brave, and this was only the beginning. We had hardships, and being so young, the marriage didn't work out the way I had envisioned it.I ended up moving back home, and he divorced me.I had a healthy pregnancy with Silas, who is now 5 years old and thriving in Kindergarten. He's very smart, and a joy to be around everyday. At the age of 19, I got pregnant again and this time it was a really big shock.I didn't think it would ever happen again, not this soon, this unexpected. My very first thought was, "Adoption."
And thus began my adoption journey.I went to a Catholic adoption agency, and was matched with the most lovely people I've ever met. After the pregnancy, I signed the papers and handed my beautiful son over to his new parents. We have an open adoption, and it's the best feeling in the world to see him on visits. His older brother, Silas, comes with me and just adores him.My son that I placed turned 2 years old in June *** I am very blessed to still be a part of his life, and continue to watch him grow.
I've decided to become a surrogate mother, for the right reasons.I want to make your family whole, and give you this beautiful gift of life.I have never loved something so much, as I love my two beautiful sons.
