My way to surrogacy, as a professional field, began when I joined another international surrogacy agency for part-time job while my studies. Every day, every minute spent with intended parents, surrogate mothers and babies changed me. And now it's hard to imagine myself without doing my work with passion and doing my best for creating happiness. One family who were our intended parents invited me to visit them for summer holidays. I was there with them, enjoying beautiful house, nice weather and wonderful city. But most important was watching how family grows having got their babies twins home, how their life changed, how they overcome new challenges together and how they give love to each other. Working for this is worth it beyond any difficulties. I see surrogacy is an eventful journey that should bring feeling of safety, compassion and happiness to every person taking part in it. Because once you make first step, it will change your life dramatically and you will never forget those you went that road with. With creation of every new family that I slightly have touched, I grow spiritually and professionally. Surrogacy is a controversial and uneasy part of our life nowadays. It is a complex process involving individuals of different backgrounds and their families, fertility professionals and reproduction technologies, attorneys and agencies, taking care of surrogacy arrangements. And those who mediate between intended parents, surrogate mothers and clinics should be skilled and experienced not only in dealing with legal and bureaucratic moments of surrogacy agreements to provide a proper protection of every party's interests, but also with emotional and personal relations that fill any surrogacy journey. Surrogacy agent takes care of intended paretns, surrogate mother and babies. I love my job. I love to build connections between people and make them enjoy their cooperation that sometimes grow into long term friendship. I am grateful to intended parents who continually share their news with me even after leaving Russia. And I am glad to meet those who come to our agency for the first time.
