California Premium Surrogacy - Surrogacy Program Director Job Description Position Summary: The Surrogacy Program Director will be responsible for monitoring the daily activities of a growing Surrogacy Agency located in Santa Monica, California. The experienced candidate will actively recruit new surrogate candidates and work closely with each surrogate throughout their entire journey with the agency. Duties and Responsibilities: • Work with advertising and marketing campaigns to recruit surrogates. • Take surrogate candidates thorough the qualifying process and facilitate surrogate clearance. • Organize and maintain surrogate files and on-line databases. • Explain and manage financial expectations for surrogates. • Assist with intended parents and surrogate matching. • Serve as liaison between and among various external parties such as surrogates, intended parents, medical entities, delivery hospitals, insurance agents, psychologists, nutritional counselors, and legal professionals to maintain effective working relations. • Provide case management duties throughout the process up to and through delivery, along with afterbirth when appropriate. • Develop supportive relationships with the surrogates and promote good morale. Qualifications and Requirements: • Must have extensive surrogacy case management experience. • Strong knowledge of surrogacy matters including surrogate insurance policies, Affordable Care Act, supplemental policies, and legal agreements. • Lives in Los Angeles County area. • Must have reliable transportation. • Excellent Communication Skills • Has the ability to multi-task and solve problems effectively. • Conducts self as a positive role model and team member. • Personal philosophies are in line with the Agency’s moral and ethical standards Compensation: • Salary is dependent upon qualifications and experience. • Full benefits offered. • Generous incentive package Applicants: Please provide a cover letter and resume when applying that indicates how your background and professional experience relate to the Surrogacy Program Director position.
