I have started looking more into the surrogate.Can a family member be a surrogate mother? How about in in-law? A best friend? I am still learning about all of this and reading to find out all the information I need.I am learning about traditional and gestational, and what would be better for us.How do payments work? Can we get grants or loans? What is the cost of a surrogate?

I am just looking for help and understanding of all this.
