Calls for change to 'outdated' surrogacy laws in Jersey

What I'd love to see is for the parental order all being completed whilst you're pregnant, so that the day that baby's born, it's them on the birth certificate and the surrogate doesn't have any legal rights over the baby at all because we don't need them, we don't need legal rights over the baby because the baby isn't ours.
