Surrogacy, assisted reproductive technology laws outdated after 25 years, WA review finds

The report by associate professor Sonia Allan, who reviewed similar legislation in South Australia, has been tabled in State Parliament.

It makes 122 recommendations, including calling on the Government to urgently repeal "discriminatory" provisions which currently prevent single men or male same-sex couples from accessing surrogacy.
