Why I want to be an egg donor:

I would like to become an egg donor to prevent couples from going through the emotionally draining experience of not being able to have a child.This was something that I saw my aunt go through after she had ovarian cancer that nearly took her life.By becoming an egg donor, I know that I have helped give another woman the chance she deserves to carry a healthy baby to term .I also want to become an egg donor because I know that my genetic makeup would benefit any child coming into this world. When people first meet me they see that I am successful for my age, yet very humble and down to earth.If I come across as pretty on the outside this is honestly something that I don't pay much attention to.Instead, I try to focus on staying smart and doing good with my life. Four years ago, I decided to enter college with the hopes of becoming a doctor.In six months I will graduate with a bachelor's of science in Human Biology.After this I plan on becoming a clinical research coordinator at at UCSF or Stanford for at least a year.
