Why I want to be an egg donor:

I want to be an egg donor because of the joy that my son brings to me every day... My road hasn't been easy. I'm a single mom and it's certainly had its ups and downs. I'm so close to being able to provide for my son on my own and reach a goal that has been years and years in the making. It would mean so much to me to help restore the dreams of someone else who may have lost hope.

Description of myself:

I am first and foremost a mother to an amazing two-year-old boy! I'm 25 years old and currently in school for a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing. I'm very intelligent and ambitious, but I'm fortunate enough to have been raised in a loving family which taught me that the most important thing in life is to surround yourself with people you hold dear.

My letter to intended parents:

Dear Intended Parent(s), I am so, so happy for you! As a single mom, I've wrestled a lot with not having a "conventional" family. It took me a long time to find peace with letting go of that idea, and to recognize how perfect my journey is in its own way. I'm celebrating with you, today, as you start this new chapter. I know that when you hold your baby in your arms all of the unexpected twists and turns will have been absolutely worth it. Here's to your future, and to making all of your dreams come true!
