We're a married couple looking to donate embryos, via shared cycles! Kevin and I want to complete two IVF cycles and share half of the high quality embryos with a great intended parent(s) who is willing to have open donors and also pay for a portion of the treatment costs (would come to about five to six thousand for you if you paid one third, which would work for us). The reason we're not going the natural route is partially to give us more time but, more importantly, to avoid having children with cystic fibrosis since we're both carriers. By using IVF and PGD (embryo genetic testing), we can avoid using the affected embryos and use only the good ones. (We would cover the cost of PGD ourselves.) Based on previous experience and taking into account the 25% chance that the embryos will have CF, we expect to get eight high quality, non-CF embryos from two cycles (therefore, you'll likely get four). Will you join us on our journey? I can be reached at liveyouridealpath at ya h o o.
I've donated successfully in the recent past (December '15 without any complications or compensation). Here's a list of my characteristics:
-Caucasian (Dutch, German, British, Irish) -blue/green eyes -dark blond hair -5'5" and fit, at average weight -very healthy -Ph.D.-educated and genius level IQ -kind and even-tempered, with a helping personality (former therapist, turned career and executive coach) -no smoking, alcohol, or drug use -free of all STDs, Fragile X, and many other conditions -Genetic health risk results from 23andme available for both Laura and Kevin -Last hormone tests showed I have the typical Anti-Mullerian Hormone level of a much younger woman, though I'm 36 (means I respond well to stimulating meds, which my last donation proved). I was a late bloomer, which apparently makes me reproductively young.-Interested in being open donors so that the child can properly form his/her identity, though we're not interested in co-parenting or interfering in any unwanted ways.-Willing to travel for the retrieval, and hold a valid passport.(I can work with a local doctor where I live - in Park City, Utah.) -My spouse Kevin has never donated before. He's 6'3", attractive, brown hair, hazel eyes, very high IQ (robotics engineer), and very kind and caring.
We'd be honored to help you form your family. Please be open, honest, and respectful toward your children. Although you are their parents - playing the most important role in their growth and development - they should also be given the opportunity to know where they came from so that they can fully form their identity and understand their traits to facilitate good self-esteem. It's not a competition. Social parents and donors are like apples and oranges - different but both important to the child in their own ways. As your donors, we would not interfere with your lives - only be available when wanted (in accordance with our legal agreement).
Hi Laura, I can’t have children I had a hysterectomy six years ago and they took everything. We have already adopted once and have been trying again but have been burned by multiple birth moms so I started looking into surrogacy and we would also need an egg donor. We also live in Utah Spanish Fork. Contact me if you think we could work something out.
Thank you! Hi Laura, Thanks for allowing this gift to people out there that are wanting to start their own family and can't for any number of specific circumstances. We are started adoption process as well few months ago but really never thought about surrogacy as a possibility.Recently came across this website and seems like it may be cost affordable this route even though we have already paid a adoption agency fee.We have already completed a Home Study required for adoption and received approval from the Nevada agency that conducted it.Please review our profile, see what you think and let us know what you are looking for and how we could talk more about making this a possibility with you as the egg donor.Thank You!
