Facilities provided at the center are ------- Comprehensive work up of infertile couple - to identify the cause and appropriate course of management Counseling and consultation Fertility scan and Folliculometry - baseline sonological assessments and follow up scans for monitoring follicular growth Hormonal tests and tests for ovarian reserve - Baseline hormonal tests to assess the ovarian function to decide the appropriate line of management. Semen analysis and functional tests - evaluation of male patient and necessary management. Ovulation induction and monitoring - Induction of ovulation using fertility enhancing drugs and injectables wherever required and monitoring. Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) - Process where the semen sample is “washed” in the laboratory, to concentrate the semen and remove the seminal fluid and inseminated into the uterus of female partner during the periovulatory period. Invitro Fertilization (IVF) - IVF is a method of assisted reproduction in which a man’s sperm and a woman’s eggs are combined outside the body in a laboratory dish.One or more fertilized eggs (embryos) may be transferred into the woman’s uterus, where they may implant in the uterine lining and develop. Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) - In the ICSI process, a tiny needle, called a micropipette, is used to inject a single sperm into the center of the egg.With either traditional IVF or ICSI, once fertilization occurs, the fertilized egg (now called an embryo) grows in a laboratory for 1 to 5 days before it is transferred to the woman’s uterus (womb).
