Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
In September of *** we finally got pregnant after trying for 2 1/2-3 years.I went for a check up and come to find out it was a tubal pregnancy and i also has a 6 cm cyst connected to my ovary.I had to have surgery to remove my ovary and tube.We have been trying since about January of *** and with all the pills I've had to take nothing so i decided to try this out instead.
