Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

Me and my partner have always wanted to start a family, and in a way we did we get got our first puppy (now 4years old) but as time went by and we would spend time with children we acknowledged that we were ready to be parents and we wanted to start. We started the process of conceiving 1 year ago. And sadly the donor we had wasn’t fertile. We held it off due to the emotions it caused us and now we are ready to start this amazing and wonderful journey again!
