Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
At the age of 21 I had to have a mandatory hysterectomy. It was a matter of life and death for me. I had suffered many many years with endometriosis, pcos, and a rare blood disorder I had to have everything removed and I am very grateful I did my cervix was cancerous. I do not regret it as it ultimately saved my life. My wife is unable to carry do to pcos and fibroid uterus. We love children and want to start to grow our family. I have always wanted to be a mom more than anything. And we will make great moms.
How would you best describe yourself(s):
I am 25 years old and a pediatric nurse. I love life and have an amazing wife. We live in Biloxi mississippi and enjoy time on the beach. I am an aunt to 3 boys and 1 girl and absolutely spoil them rotten. In my spare time I love all things creative from painting to photography. My wife Key is 32 years old and is a kid at heart she is always joking and having a good time.

My desire to be a mom is stronger then anything in my life. I long to hold a baby and know that it is mine. My wife feels the same. I can't wait to see her hold a child and her face lightup and the future we will have. We have a lot of love to give a child just need the means to do so.

My name is Shelby and I am 20 years old. I live in Indiana with my husband and our 14-month-old son. I am a midwifery student at Midwives College of Utah. I want the parents to be as involved in the pregnancy and birth process as they want. I am willing to donate my breast milk for the child at the parent's request.
