Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

While giving birth to my daughter through C-section, my uterus kept on bleeding & the Dr. had to perform hysterectomy on me. My husband & I are still longing for another child or two to complete our family.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I'm a 33 year old stay at home mom to my 2 year old daughter. I love playing with her & teaching her things. I've been married to my child's father, my high school sweetheart for 6 years.
