Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

6 years ago, we decided to have a baby but we have been met with years of frustrating and painful fertility treatments that didn’t result in any success. We have tried everything: medication, injections of all sorts, many IUI, few rounds of IVF and even some experimental treatments. Throughout the years, we have suffered through four miscarriages. Today, we are emotionally drained and facing the end of the road. The decision to use a gestational surrogate has been made after much thought and consideration. It is our last resort, our last hope for having a child. We have two healthy frozen embryos but after a year of unsuccessful treatments, we were told that my endometrial lining will never be at the point we need it to be for any chance of implantation. At this point, a gestational surrogate is the only viable option available to us.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

My husband and I have been together for 9 years. I’m a teacher and my husband works in marketing for a media company. We are very happy, have a great life and appreciate all of our blessings. We have a lovely home and 3 pets (two cats, one dog) who we love very much.

Our ultimate hope is to find a loving and compassionate woman who will be touched by our story and will be willing to help us achieve our dream to have a baby. We are aware this decision takes a lot of courage and devotion and of the impact it can have on a family. We wish this adventure could become a rewarding experience for all of us. Please know we would be forever grateful for the greatest gift humanly possible.
