Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I had to have a complete hysterectomy at age 19 so I am unable to have children of my own. We have always wanted two children. We had started the adoption process with a second child ( an infant ) but that didn't work out because he ended up going to his paternal grandmother. This was very had on us after bringing him home from the hospital and caring for him for 6 months so we decided to try this method.

I am a 40 year old married woman who has one adopted son age 4 that we adopted through The Children's Aid.
