Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I have been wanting my own family from a very young age but unfortunately it didn't happen , I've tried 8 cycles of IVF fresh and frozen transfers I became pregnant twice but miscarried on both occasions .I friend donated 2 eggs to me on my 40th year of age however this attempt failed , as you can read between the lines my journey through treatments left me feeling empty however I picked myself up and went through many years saying to myself " I will never give up" I met a lovely man whom I got engaged to .He was a widower his lovely wife had died 3 hours after giving birth to a beautiful baby boy , this little boy started to call me mummy from the age of 4 , we lived a wonderful life until *** when tragedy struck , my parter died of sudden adult syndrome , I tried in vain to keep him alive with CPR until the paramedics arrived they took over but when he arrived in hospital he died , I was now alone and all I could think of was this 9 year old boy was now an orphan ...After several weeks went by and all I wanted to do is to secure this little boy who called me mummy a happy and loving home , so a went to court and won a residential order so he could stay with me until he was 18 , things have been hard over the years but we've plodded on , I've worked to keep him I'm the high standards he's been used to , I never had any payments from my partners estate because he didn't make a will , but though all this my child who is 15 now never went without , I did instead !! I've now reached the age where the menapause as set in ! So that is why I would welcome another chance of becoming a mum , we have so much to give ....I could write a book on my life there's so much to write but my fingers are getting tired now however I am more than willing to answer any questions ..Thanks for reading my story x

My friends would say I look younger than my age , I have a young out look on life , I have good morals treating people from all backgrounds with respect and dignity .I'm hard working I've worked in social care for the local council for 24 yrs I love my job .I'm an animal lover
