I have 3 beautiful kids but would and would love to have another child due to an emergency hysterectomy and my fiance doesn't have any kids of his own and Iiss having a newborn again due to my situation I have been depressed.

I'm a health care provider and spend time working or with my family I want to build onto my family with my fiance
