Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
I am looking for a surrogate mother due to medical reasons. I went through two surgeries in 2023 year. My entire uterus was removed due to cancer. So the only thing to let me have a baby is to work with a surrogate mother. I have one healthy embryo that is ready to transfer at any time.

I am an intended 42 year old single mother , currently living with my boyfriend. We currently do not have kids. I and my partner currently live in Fairless Hills, PA.

My fertility doctor requires that my potential surrogate mother should be under 42 years old, that she has kids and completes her family already.
