I was diagnosed with pelvic inflammatory disease when I was 18, I for medical reasons had my fallopian tubes removed when I was 21, I went on to have my son with ivf treatment in *** with my then husband, my frozen embryos were later used but unsuccessful, I've since accepted I wouldn't have more children, I'm now divorced, and in a happy loving relationship and would love nothing more than a child with my partner
