Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
I am a mother of 3 but I am embarking into a new life with a wonderful man who doesn't have children and we want to atleast have one together. I had a have a partial hysterectomy about 10 yrs ago which is not leaving me in this position. This would be an awesome addition to our family and will bring so much joy to us.
How would you best describe yourself(s):
I am a loving, caring and passionate person. I love caring for people no matter who they or their background. I believe that children are the future and being a part of that master plan to help grow and develop these little bundles of love into great people. This is who I am.

Dear Surrogate, I pray that this finds you well. My soon to be husband and I are parents who are looking to raise a child(ren) together. He doesn't have any children but I on the other hand have 3, 21 yr old and 17 yrs daughter and 19 yr old son. He has been in their life for the last 4 yrs and he does wonderful with them. I can not bare any children with breaks my heart because I want to experience this aspect of life with my love. I pray that this finds the right person. Waiting patiently.
