Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
I have unexplained infertility and IVF didn't work or give clues to infertility cause. I have a lot of 'great' looking Grade A embryos and want another chance to give my husband the joy of becoming a father while I have the joy of becoming a mom again. I got pregnant at 16 years old in a previous relationship and have a wonderful son who is 15 years old. Both my husband have been through every test available but for unknown reasons we have had unexplained infertility for 10 years. I have not gotten pregnate (despite every effort) since I was 16 and was blessed with my son.
How would you best describe yourself(s):
Married for just over 10 years, diagnosed with unknown infertility and failed IVF. Have a wonderful 15 year old son from previous relationship in my teens years. Have always yearned for more children
