Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I know it may seem like I am very young (19.) But within a two years I was diagnosed with Vaginismus; painful spasmodic contraction of the vagina in response to physical contact or pressure (especially in sexual intercourse).and Vulvadynia; a chronic pain syndrome that affects the vulvar area and occurs without an identifiable cause.After 3 years of dealing with these diagnosis as a young teen, I realized I could still become a mother despite these obstacles.All was well until in November of *** I missed my period for the first time in my life.I knew personally that I wasn't pregnant, so negative pregnancy test after negative pregnancy test, I thought it may have been related to stress.I ended up having my period in January, so I thought that may of been the end of it.But as the months went by I did not get my period again until August *** I had gone to the doctors, and after a blood test and ultrasound, at age 18, then diagnosed with PCOS.I was devastated.So it has been my mission since to find an alternative way to having a child.Adoption has become too expensive, and traditional surrogacy through an agency is not an option.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I would describe myself as a quirky out going young woman.I have always wanted to become a mother since I was a little girl.I am a hopeless romantic to my fiance, and family oriented to my family.I have a fiance from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.We plan on getting married in 3 years, and then plan to pursue completing our family.We eventually want 3 kids, within a 5 year time span if possible.We are located in Ontario, but will eventually settle down in either Alberta or Saskatchewan.
