Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
I currently have three beautiful children I gave birth too.In *** I was forced to get my tubes tied due to being in an abusive relationship.Shortly after getting my tubes tied I finally got the nerves to get out of the relationship.In *** I met my husband.My husband and I have been married for 5 years.When we met he already had two kids and I had 3 all from our previous relationships.We decided we wanted a big family.We wanted to make our blended family complete by having child together.In *** we decided to have the tubal reversal surgery to get my tubes untied.We spent a lot of money for the surgery out of pocket.After two years of trying we recently found out my tubes are blocked and possibly may not be able to conceive on our own.It crushed my heart to hear those words. We have not completely given up and hope to still add a new addition to complete our family.

A mother, a wife a sister, an aunt and a good friend is who I am. I am a fun loving person with a big heart. A family oriented person who loves kids.I spent my free time with my family.Being a mom is what I live for.

I have prayed day in and day out for a miracle.Our little miracle.I have never had a surrogate mom before but open to all options.It has been a tough journey thus far but I have faith and hope it is not over.My kids are 12,10 and 7.Please help me completing my family.
