Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I currently have three children in there teens and met the man of my dreams who is a great husband and amazing dad to my three children. Due to medical issues I am unable to have any more and we would like to have another child to complete our family. Our children are very excited at the idea of adding another family member to our family please help us make this a reality
