Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
I had a partial hysterectomy in *** and I met my husband in *** am unable to carry children.This is the one thing in our family that we pray for daily and know would help complete the already wonderful family we have now.We would be wonderful parents to any child.We had tried a private adoption last year and we provided for her and her 4 year old for the last 6 months of her pregnancy when she left and never called us again.
How would you best describe yourself(s):
We are a loving and responsible family.I myself have the two boys from prior marriage and my husband has none of his own.I am no longer able to have children and this is something that would not only be a blessing to my husband, Shaun, and I but to our two boys as well.Alex, 20 full time college student and Damon, 13 is a wonderful young man who attends a private Christian school here locally.They would love to have a addition to our family also.We pray for God to bless us with a child.I myself am Marketing Manager and Shaun is a Supervisor for a furniture delivery truck.We work very hard for what we have but we are blessed.We would be able to support our family now and a new addition with no problem.
