Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
Since we started our relationship we talked about our future plans and to have a big family was one of them. After years of growing as a couple and growing spiritually, professionally and socioeconomically we believe this is the right time to start. We always wanted to be young parents to make sure we have the energy and time that a little one requires. We are pretty close to our families and also we would love our baby to grow to have his/her grandmothers around.
How would you best describe yourself(s):
We are a young professional gay couple. We both have background studies in psychology and child psychotherapy but currently, we work in the areas of family/immigration law and Tourism. One of us is from Mexico and the other one from Serbia. We live in Toronto, and we have been happily married for 4 years. We have a house downtown in the city and a beautiful farmhouse outside where we spend most of the time to relax and be close to nature. We wanted to have plenty space in both of our homes to grow a big family and we feel like this is the right moment to start. We are both young (28 and 34) and we are very family oriented. We also try to be healthy. We don't smoke and we try to exercise often. We are not religious but we are spiritual and we believe that compassionate love for all living forms is key. Our relationship is loving caring and strong and we want to share and enrich the life of a child.
