Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I am a single gay male trying to conceive a biological child. I have attempted going through an agency; however, determined that option was too expensive. Despite the increased risks of going the independent route, I am optimistic I will find a caring person to help me achieve my dreams.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I am a very passionate and driven individual when it comes to what I want. Family has always been number 1 for me. I am an extremely loving person at heart and can't wait to lavish that love upon my very own children.

Use this space to communicate a letter to potential Surrogates/Donors:

Dear Surrogate Mother, ...or should I say, "newest member of my family"? Words cannot begin to express the sheer joy and enthusiasm I feel over this incredible journey we are about to embark upon together. Long have I waited and planned for the day in which I would be able to call myself a father and, thanks to you, I am ever closer to making my parenting dreams a reality. Over the course of this process, I anticipate collaborating with you, learning more about you, and ultimately forging a lifelong bond. A true partnership in every sense of the word, I want you to be able to count on me, as I will count on you. I vow to be there for you every step of the way, catering to your needs, listening to you, and serving as your confidante. Lastly, I would like to say, I fully understand the enormous sacrifice you are undertaking as my surrogate mother and for that, you will forever hold my undying gratitude and reverence. To me, you are every bit as precious and valuable as the bundle of joy you carry inside of you. On behalf of myself, my family, and my future family, thank you for this great blessing.
