Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

Have a hard time sustaining pregnancy and have been advised not to get pregnant again. I have had 4 premature children, including 1 micropreemie born at 27 weeks. For some reason, my body thinks it's done growing a baby at 24 weeks. More than anything, I desperately do not want to see another one of my babies fight for life.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I am a loving mother of 4 children. I am kind, considerate, and loving. I am driven when I want to accomplish something. My friends would tell you that I always "show up", whether is be to help you celebrate or grieve.
