Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
I was born with a severe heart condition that involves several major surgeries. It was always a question as to whether or not I would be able to have a child on my own. We just recently went to a fetal medicine doctor to find out after my cardiologist referred me. He gave us some pretty terrible news. I would not be a ale to have children on my own. And if you know me, you know I want nothing more than to be a mother. I want to be able to look at that sweet baby and know that I am it's mother. I want to see my eyes when I look into theirs. So I would like to a gestational surrogacy!
