Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

My husband and I have moved to Seattle from NY state six months ago, we have been trying to fulfil our dream of having a baby for a long time. we tried many rounds of IVF and failed. I suffer from thalessemia and did not have enough good quality eggs or when we had few embryos they would not stick. So, we have been advised by fertility doctors to go for egg donor and surrogacy. Washington state insurance does not cover fertility treatments, and after numerous attempts in US ana abroad we have had no success but are willing to give another shot this time with egg donor and surrogate or traditional surrogate. We are a loving, educated and strong willed couple and have been together for over 10 years. My husband works very hard to provide for our household and our dreams of completing our family.
