Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I am looking to have a Gestational Surrogate being that I have had a partial hysterectomy due to medical reasons. Me and my husband are looking to have a child of our own being that he adopted my other 3 children!

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I am a very loving mommy to 3 beautiful children, 2 girls ages 10 & 4 and also to a boy age 7 whom is handicapped! I am always smiling and laughing.Im very outgoing and I am so very caring.I am a stay home mommy but have my degree in Medicine.I was previously a 4 year old preschool teacher and a Emergency Medical Technician at the local hospital! after having my youngest daughter I am now a stay home mommy for the time being!

Hi my name is Nichole Patterson and my husbands name is Dustin Patterson! I am 28 and he is 27 years of age.Being that I have had 3 previous children and a partial hysterectomy I am unable to give my husband a baby of our own.We are looking for a gestational surrogate mother who would be willing to help us have a miracle! I am now a stay at home mommy but was previously a 4 year old preschool teacher as well as a Emergency Medical Technician.My husband is a Manager at our Local Walmart.I have children from a previous marriage, my oldest daughter is 10 followed by my son who is 7 and my youngest is 4.My son is handicapped due to Epilepsy and my oldest daughter has a form of Autism.We dont have alot of money but we are willing to negotiate anything we can for the possibility of creating a little bundle of joy!
