Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I am unable to conceive but that has not stopped my determination to find a way to be a mom

How would you best describe yourself(s):

My husband and I have wanted to parent together since the day we got married. We became foster parents and in time needed to take a break from fostering. I am infertile and want nothing more than to be a mom, to cherish, encourage and spoil a child.

Use this space to communicate a letter to potential Surrogates/Donors:

I am not very familiar with surrogacy and I am not sure if it is really an option for us. My husband and I both have fertility problems and always felt maybe adoption is really the only route to having a child to call our own. We are not rich and agencies are a bit outrageous in fees and I am not really sure at this point how much it would cost to have a surrogate. I am hopeful but feeling rather lost at this point. A lot of years have come and gone and I hope this year we can complete our dreams to parenthood.
