Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I had breast cancer 10 years ago before I had my two boys and was told I would never have children. This was devastating but after many years of treatment I managed to have my two little miracles. Last year I had breast cancer again and have been advised to have a hysterectomy now. I was hoping to have another child this year and I am still desperate to fulfill my dream .

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I am a full time mummy to my two beautiful boys. We live in the countryside and I love nothing more than spending time outdoors with all our animals, ranging from sheep, chickens, ducks, rabbits, dogs and cats! I am a happy, caring person. I would like to think I am a good loyal friend who is always there. I am strong and positive, you never know what life will throw at you but you only have one go at it so you have to look forward!

I could never thank you enough for choosing to help complete our family. You are truly amazing to contemplate doing such a wonderful thing. After the trauma and heartache we have suffered in the past this act of utter kindness would be such a blessing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart xx
