Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
I was diagnosed with a very rare form of non aggressive Ovarian Cancer. After a few surgeries and treatment I am now Cancer free. However, because of the illness I will never be able to safely carry a pregnancy. So since, it is not been possible to fulfill our desire to start a family alone, we hope you can help make this dream come true for our husband and I.

Hi, my husband and I are extremely excited about the prospect of becoming parents! We have been happily married for 5 years. We live in Toronto with our two dogs. We both thank you so much for considering to be a gastrological surrogate for us. We are extremely excited to add a new edition to our family, and eagerly await their arrival!
