Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

Our journey to have a child has been a long painful disappointing journey. After having two ectopic pregnancies and one tube removed, we tried IVF unsuccessfully for several years. Last year we finally got pregnant with a little girl. My cervix gave out at 5 months pregnant. It was the worst thing I have ever experienced in my life. I delivered her stillborn. We named her Grace and gave her a full burial. She will always be our angel. At this point, we feel a gestational surrogate is our best hope at having our own child.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

My husband and I are 38 and 40 respectively. We are a very happily married couple together for 15 years. We're both easy going fun loving people who like to spend time with family and friends and love to travel. People tell us all the time that we act like we just met each other and can tell how much we love each other (not to sound sappy!). We are also told that we would make wonderful parents. We have two dogs named Penny and Ally who are our family. We're both college educated and we own a small family business together. We're well rounded successful people...all we are missing is our child.

As a pretty private person, it seems a little strange writing about such an intensely personal subject online for all the world to see, but this is how much my husband and I want our own baby. We are looking for a surrogate who is a kind and warm person and also easy going and down to earth. We live in the Boston area so would prefer someone who is at least in the New England area. We are happy to compensate the right person monetarily but hope to connect with someone who truly likes being pregnant and who is motivated also by the idea of bringing a child into this world for a loving and deserving couple. We are only looking for a gestational carrier as I still have frozen embryos from our last IVF cycle and am able to produce embryos. We are not strict on finding someone who is an exact age or from a specific social background etc. Just someone who is healthy, drug and alcohol free and who is overall well rounded. And most importantly, who will take care and nurture our baby like it was their own for the nine months you carry him or her. If you think you'd be a good match for us we would love to hear from you!
