Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I have yet to meet someone comlatible with me in terms of life goals, interests and value and willing to seriously commit as a life partner and mother. Clock is ticking and I would like to have the privilege to offer the best of myself to my child. I have worked a lot in life and am now well established. I now have the time, financial stability and health needed to be a good parent and wish to devote myself to raising kids while I still am fertile, healthy and fit.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I am a highly educated and professionally accomplished single man desiring to be a good father and raising one or two children alone, or with a life partner if I eventually become in a relationship.

Use this space to communicate a letter to potential Surrogates/Donors:

Dear Surrogate Mother, Acting as a surrogate mother is offering the best of you to an unborn chil and to an intended parent/couple. All available surrogate mothers are, by their intended action, kind and generous persons. However, if I have chosen you, it is because you appear to me to have all the spiritual and physical attributes I wish to be transmitted to my unborn child through your genetical and gestational gift. Should you act as a surrogate mother to my unborn child, your gift will mean life to such a precious child and the world to me. Their is no word to describe the gratitude I will have for you throughout the rest of my life. I also make the commitment to give the best of myself to such a child to honnor your gift as well as especially to bring happiness to this child. This event and the ones which will follow will mean so much to me and to this child that I could write here for days. However, I will tell you more about me and my dream if you so wish when we connect with each other with the intention of making such a dream come true.
