Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I have reached the time where I would like to become a parent. I’m currently single as my partner over the last 7 years didn’t want to have children, and as hard as it was I had to make a decision, having a child was my dream and I don’t want to give up.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I’m a gay single man, living in Amsterdam, looking to accomplish my dream of becoming a father. I believe I have so much to give and all my life was hoping to raise my child. I have a steady job and I own my house in Amsterdam I’m positive person who loves family and people.
