Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

Me and my husband where faced with many medical difficulties very early into our marriage. Only after one year of marriage I discovered I was bleeding from the brain. At 26 years old I was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm and a 6cm AVM. Every doctor explained that my chances of survival were very slim and that best case I would be brain dead paralyzed but alive, or just die.My faith in god and having a strong husband and family made be fight harder to be alive. After 5 embolizations and a 16 hour craniotomy surgery I'm very blessed to be here enjoying life. My only repercussions of this is I suffer from seizures and am on medication for this. I'm very thankful that it is under control and haven't had a grand seizure since on my medicine. From the high dosage of steroids that was given to me in ICU I also have osteonecrosis in both my hips. ( both my hip bones are dying) A year and a half ago I had a core decompression on my left hip which turned out to be a success and will buy me 5 years until I will need a full hip replacement. This September I will be under going the same surgery for my right hip. There is nothing more in the world that I would love then to become a mother but unfortunately my hips don't allow me to carry a child. Me and my husband want to have a family more than anything in the world but just need a little help with making that dream a reality. There is nothing more rewarding than becoming a mother and I would love to experience that. We fought hard to be here today and would love to move on to the next chapter of our lives with your help. With everything that has happened to me I'm so happy to be alive I only feel grateful and thankful because everyday I open my eyes is a gift from god.
