Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I gave birth to a son on August 12 *** son Alfie was born at 30 weeks with Cdh, which took his life at just 22 hours old. I nearly died also due to the sac squashing my bladder, bowel and kidneys.And needed subsequent surgeries to 'repair' myself.I therefore have been told by 3 specialists I can no longer carry a baby without dying. My partner Andrew and I would love to start a family but need a surrogate mother to carry our pregnancy.
