Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I have a disease called polycystic ovarian syndrome, been trying for 8 years , with medications. Had two miscarriages and one chemical. We would love to have a child of our own but its physical and emotional draining. Looking for a surrogate to give us our angel we been praying for.
