Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I am a single gay man who is longing to bring a child of my own in the world. I feel that part of my life's goal is to teach, love and grow with a child. I would love to have someone to be with all the time, to have a purpose in life, and to feel like my life is meaningful. This is something I have been heavily considering for a few years, and am now ready to make the full commitment.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I am an energetic, out-going individual who strives to succeed in all areas of life. I am also hard-of-hearing, fluent in American Sign Language and enjoy living life to the fullest. I am a soon-to-be graduate in the PSW field, and am looking to further my education in the field of nursing.
