Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
One day I woke up with sever pain could barely walk.I was rushed to the hospital was told I had a fibroid the size of a cantaloupe, cyst in my left ovary and my intestines were stuck to my uterus.Went in for surgery with 3 surgeons 2 gyn Dr.'s and 1 Gastroenterology Specialist Dr.When I woke from surgery I was told they had to give me a hysterectomy as well as remove my left ovary but they were able to save my intestines.This surgery was done early morning June 7th which is my birthday.This was the worst day of my life.My husband & I have only been married for 5 years and have no children together.I do still have my right ovary.So we do hope to use my eggs.
