Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
Are reasons for wanting a surrogate is because we have been ttc for 10yrs with no success. We tried during IVF but also no success. We have used our own eggs during ivf to get pregnant but our embryo's did not survive to the next stage. We also tried using donor embryo's and that also failed with no success of becoming pregnant. We have been through alot dealing with my sickness of congestive heart failure, we had to fight to keep me going and helping me get healthy again and I did. But now that I'm doing alot better I can't become pregnant on my own do to those issues of health. Ww are now looking into a surrogate mother to carry our last embryo baby that we have stored in a fertility clinic wishing someone could come and help us have a family of our own.

We are loving a couple we love to enjoy each other's company and try to spend as much time together.We like to have fun and play around he's more later back while I'm always the thinker and like to be perpared.Alot of people say we are two peas in a pod that we belong together.

Hello surrogate, my name is Simone and my husband name is jerome we have been together for 15 yrs since high school and we have been ttc for a long time.We have had multiple miscarriages and we have not had no luck of giving birth to a living child.Dealing with this hurt and pain of not being able to have a child naturally put a pressure between our marriage, but when I got sick last year from heart failure things turned around and got better between us.Even though we were blessed that my heart gotten better there still was a empty ness of pain because I couldn't bear a child and now it makes it more difficult because now I have HF which hurts even more and it sometimes get rough because I deal with alot but my husband is always there for me when I'm down.We have tried ivf since *** and nothing has happen.I am 28 now and my husband is 31 and we would like to start a family while we are still young and in hopes to find you as our surrogate mother to carry our embryo baby to full term and we have our miracle baby.We are looking to be parents and have lots of love to share with our baby.So we would like to know if you would please help us have our miracle baby.Thank You sincerely, Simone & Jerome Gholson
