Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

We have tried IVF but due to my health issues with my lady parts, I am unable to carry a child of my own. We did 3 tries with IVF and had 3 failed cycles. We matched with a Traditional Surrogate from out East, did 4 HI, resulting in 2 failed cycles. We ask the TS to get screened and go to a clinic out West for an IUI and she went MIA We are trying this last time to find a TS in hope of having a child of my husband's DNA
