Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
Hi, my name is Jerome and my partners name is Anthony. We've been together over twenty years and live with our dogs in Melbourne. We have a fortunate life but, like many of you, there is one thing missing. We desperately want to have a child to make us complete. We had resigned ourselves that the dogs might have to do but then stumbled upon a surrogacy site and thought we need to give this a go before it gets too late. We have many nieces and nephews and now they too are having their own children. I am Godparent to some of them and have a close relationship but when we're all together I can't help but feel envious that they have something that we so desperately want. I still adore them all but it's just not the same as having your own. So, like almost everyone else here, we are looking for that special person that could donate some eggs and that other species person who would become a surrogate for us. We have, on this journey so far, met and spoken with some wonderful people including a "retired" surrogate who have given much needed advice and have humbled us with what they so selflessly do for others less fortunate. In our opinion both egg donors and surrogates give the gift that can never be repaid.
