Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I want a child or children. I had cancer at a very young age. I had to have a partial hysterectomy, I have been unable to give birth since I was 22. I am now 44 and want to have another baby. I have raised all my children with their father. We are no longer together and 4 years ago I met someone very special. He and I want a child to raise together as our own. I am unable to become pregnant. We decided the best option was to have a surrogate or adoption. We thought we would look into a surrogate.
