Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

Me and my wife have been together since high school but we have not had children. We have 3 frozen embryos, but wish to find a surrogate to carry them due to my wife's health problems. She has a chronic condition that keeps her on meds which the safety on a fetus is unknown and her doctor does not want her off of the meds as these are the only things that controls her condition.
