Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I'm currently single now, for 3 years. I'm 28 years old, I have not had luck in the dating pool. I don't want to put my life on hold waiting for the perfect partner to come around. I am ready to be a father, being a single parent would not bother me. I have a strong but yet very close Italian family.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I am very out going, love life. I have a strong work ethic. I consider myself to have, above average intelligence. I strive to be the best person I can be daily.
